What You'll Do

• Provide expert maintenance and repair services for food service equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, often in active kitchen environments with time constraints.
• Service hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, grills) and cold-side refrigeration units (walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, freezers).
• Accurately complete required documentation and communicate effectively with clients.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area—even in challenging conditions.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and lifts as needed.
• Mentor apprentices and share best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Web-based digital work order system.

What We're Looking For

• Specialized experience with commercial food service equipment (hot-side and cold-side) and refrigeration systems.
• Solid understanding of standard, light-commercial HVAC systems—RTUs, furnaces, AC units, make-up air equipment, water heaters, exhaust fans, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in service and repair of HVAC/R and/or food service equipment.
• Ability to work in active kitchen environments—comfortable with grease, heat, and tight spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.
• Safety-conscious with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability.
• Desire to be part of a lean, high-performance, fast-paced team.
