• Conduct regular account reviews and recommend coverage adjustments as needed
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time
• Manage personal and commercial insurance policies, including endorsements and claims
• Assist clients with necessary documentation for policy updates
• Monitor policy performance and resolve any coverage, billing, or claim issues
• Handle complex or escalated client concerns with professionalism and care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in insurance management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and processes
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
