We are seeking skilled and dedicated Experienced Carpenters to join our dynamic team at a leading cabinet shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for carpenters who are passionate about their craft and eager to work in a creative and detail-oriented environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinets and furniture pieces according to specifications and design plans.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accuracy and precision in carpentry work.
- Utilize a variety of carpentry tools and machinery effectively and safely.
- Collaborate closely with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site installation or fabrication issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably with a focus on cabinetry or custom woodworking.
- Proficiency in operating carpentry tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
