Veterinary Receptionist
Anchor Bay Veterinary Center is a trusted, community-focused practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and the people who love them. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front desk team and help create a welcoming experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
What Youll Do

Greet clients warmly and make them feel at home in our clinic

Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar

Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Support the medical team by coordinating client communications and updating patient files
What Were Looking For

Experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compassionate and patient demeanor with both clients and pets

Comfort level using computers and practice management software
