Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Type: Contract (18 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift (Varies), 5 days/week, 32–36 hours per week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Battle Creek, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and EKGs
- Conduct point-of-care (POC) testing
- Assist with clinical and administrative duties
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Maintain EMR documentation
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Phlebotomy and EMR experience required
- EKG and POC testing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
