Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a large precast concrete parking structure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing parking structure builds involving deep foundations and precast concrete systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.
Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews on site.
Interpret plans and specifications to ensure work is executed per design.
Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules; anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
Coordinate erection and installation of precast concrete components with precast suppliers.
Oversee deep foundation activities, including drilling, pile driving, or caissons.
Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and enforce safety policies.
Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgeting, scheduling, and procurement needs.
Maintain site documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and as-built records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in structural concrete construction.
Demonstrated expertise with precast concrete parking structures.
Experience with deep foundations, shoring, and structural excavation.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
