Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Manage the facility's P&L to achieve financial targets, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and financial acumen with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality management.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis within a manufacturing context.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding and application of operational excellence principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading successful ERP system implementations.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce.
• Demonstrated experience in new product introduction (NPI) from concept to full-scale production.
