Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of production operators, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all manufactured products.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve production issues promptly.
• Prepare and analyze production reports on output, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff development and performance management.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project leadership.
• Formal training or certification in on-the-job training (OJT) techniques or mentorship.
