Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standard work procedures and best practices.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CI projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and achieve operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt).
• Expertise in Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, and visual management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and facilitate cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and measure improvement impact.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with specific ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in a manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated experience applying Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, automation) to process improvement.
