Senior Associate, Investment Sales

As part of continued growth, Vanguard is selectively adding a Senior Associate, Investment Sales to its Brokerage Division.
ROLE
This is a commission-based, production-driven role within a high-performance environment. The mandate is clear: generate business, secure listings, and close transactions.
- Originate and execute investment sales transactions across multifamily, industrial, office, and development assets
- Proactively source opportunities through targeted outreach, market coverage, and relationship development
- Build and expand relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
- Lead transaction execution from initial engagement through closing, including pricing strategy and negotiation
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and convert opportunities into closed transactions
- Leverage Vanguard’s platform, relationships, and deal flow to grow market share
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience required
- Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License
- Demonstrated track record of originating and closing transactions
- Strong understanding of investment sales, underwriting, and market dynamics
- Self-directed, disciplined, and highly competitive
- Professional presence with the ability to engage and advise sophisticated clients
- Existing relationships within the market are strongly preferred
