Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
About the Position
- Complete timely patient assessments and initiate care plans
- Deliver safe, evidence-based emergency nursing care
- Educate patients and families on condition, treatments, and recovery
- Monitor for changes in condition and intervene appropriately
- Float to Med Surg as needed to support patient care
- Communicate effectively with providers and healthcare teams
- Maintain documentation and uphold compliance with all safety protocols
- Engage in continuous learning and hospital-wide initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ Years of ER Experience - Required
- Experience floating to Med Surg - Required
- ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) & TNCC - Required
- COVID-19 Vaccine - Required , exemptions allowed
