ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a new and growing ABA company launching in New Jersey, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Lead BCBA to serve as our Clinical Lead. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the clinical vision, culture, and growth trajectory of a company dedicated to delivering high-quality, ethical, home-based ABA services to children and families across New Jersey.

You won’t be a cog in a corporate machine. You’ll be the clinical leader building something meaningful from the start — with the autonomy, flexibility, and compensation to match.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $100/hour (W-2, full-time)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as Clinical Lead and lead all clinical operations

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct BCBA services including caregiver training, treatment modifications, and reassessments

• Supervise and mentor RBTs with ongoing training, feedback, and required supervision hours

• Ensure all documentation meets insurance, Medicaid, and BACB compliance standards

• Collaborate with families, schools, pediatricians, and other providers

• Help build clinical protocols, onboarding procedures, and quality assurance systems

• Support credentialing with insurance panels (your NPI and CAQH profile will be essential)

• Contribute to intake processes, referral development, and community relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field

• 2+ years clinical experience providing ABA services (home-based preferred)

• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians

• Active NPI and up-to-date CAQH profile (or willingness to set up immediately)

• Familiarity with NJ insurance landscape (Horizon BCBS, Aetna, Medicaid MCOs)

• Reliable transportation for travel to client homes

• Eligible for NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure

Preferred (Not Required):

• Already credentialed with one or more major NJ insurance panels

• Experience with CentralReach, Rethink, or similar EMR platforms

• Startup or small practice experience

• Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, or other languages) is a plus

• BCBA-D certification
