Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, analyzing production variances and product profitability.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement strong internal controls over financial transactions and assets.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning for the plant.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with significant time in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience establishing and maintaining internal controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in Lean manufacturing principles or process improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience with M&A financial due diligence and integration.
• Advanced proficiency in a major ERP system relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion).
