Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit skilled trades, production operators, engineers, and technical professionals for manufacturing roles.
• Partner with manufacturing plant managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a production environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates and manage the hiring process efficiently.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations specific to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades positions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and technical requirements
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, skilled trades, or engineering disciplines.
• Experience recruiting for unionized or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of common manufacturing safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
