Regional Billing and Administrative Manager / Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Functions:

• Manage regional administrative and billing team. Including ensuring the accuracy of invoicing. Hiring, training and supervising billing staff.
• Work hand in hand with regional vice president of Operations to protect the financial health of the business line.
• Ensure deadlines are met to ensure positive cash flow.
• Ensure staff adoption and compliance with procedures.
• In person travel to regional facilities. Anticipated travel one week per month.
• Assist in adoption of ERP system across operations.
• Generate month end and other ad hoc reporting.

Our Minimum Requirements for this Position:

• 4-year College degree required. Preferred degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Plus, but not required: MBA or other advanced degree
• 5 plus years of direct report management experience.
• Proximity to one of the regional sites, preferably Detroit. Position is an in-office role.
• Proven work experience as a Billing Manager or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
• History of excellent customer service
