Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You must have good written /verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-2:30pm (paid 30-minute lunch) 26 hours/week
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Maintaining personnel files, and other clerical duties
- Support office management by ordering/organizing supplies, overseeing mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assisting with basic billing and data entry
Qualifications
- Office experience is recommended with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to support internal teams and external clients
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
