Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with rotating days including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $35.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide exceptional patient care and support in a long-term care setting
• Set up and assist with meals, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition
• Float between two floors as needed to meet patient care needs
• Document patient observations and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming CNA certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience
• Must reside more than 100 miles from Cody, WY per facility radius rule
• Comfortable floating between units/floors
• Long-term care experience preferred

• Vital signs monitoring and documentation
