How you create impact
We are seeking an Operational Care Healthcare Specialist to join our Operational Care Center (OCC) team. This role is critical in ensuring a positive experience for our internal customers by providing proactive service, problem‑solving, and accurate shipment visibility. The Specialist will collaborate closely with Customer Care Locations (CCLs), customer service colleagues, and system process teams to deliver excellence in operational care and compliance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCLs).
- Provide proactive customer service, problem solving, follow‑up, and collaboration with service colleagues.
- Process accurate files while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain real‑time visibility of shipments.
- Monitor, prioritize, and balance customer needs daily across multiple communication channels.
- Review and apply knowledge of KN QSHE policies and GxP compliance.
- Collaborate with CCLs to meet customer commitments by analyzing KPI reports and supporting corrective/preventative actions.
- Partner with system process teams to drive automation and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage customer data in core operating systems, including business profile creation/updates and Wiki page maintenance.

- 1+ years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressures in a fast‑paced environment.
