Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled fabricators in daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, and assign fabrication tasks to meet production deadlines and priorities.
• Ensure all fabricated components meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols.
• Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and calibration of fabrication equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in various fabrication techniques (welding, cutting, forming, machining).
• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a fabrication team in a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, schematics, and CAD models.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality control and safety standards within a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex fabrication issues and optimize production processes for efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and inventory management.
• Certifications in advanced welding techniques (e.g., AWS CWI) or specialized fabrication processes.
