Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage, train, and mentor assembly team members, fostering a productive and skilled workforce.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean Manufacturing).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management
• Familiarity with automated assembly equipment or robotics
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics
