Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to enhance production efficiency and capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, product quality, and cost reduction.
• Manage the engineering budget, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and industry best practices in all engineering activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with production, R&D, and business objectives.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) with direct manufacturing process experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, problem-solve complex technical issues, and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and PLM systems.
• Background in automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
