Continuous Improvement Leader | Muskegon, MI
Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through data analysis, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping.
- Develop, deliver, and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and principles across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops, driving cross-functional teams to achieve measurable operational efficiencies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate CI practices into daily operations and strategic planning.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects, driving measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Relevant certification(s) such as Lean Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI).
- Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and application.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation).
