McClellan Estates Mulit-Site General Manager

MRD Apartments is looking for a General Property Manager. To oversee McClellan 1,2,3, Meade and Sheridan Apartments in Marshal, MI.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Assist tenants with any needs or concerns.
- Coordinate with Maintenance team repairs as well as keeping the property in top condition.
- Leasing expert in marketing vacant units, conduct tours, and help residents find a home.
- Budget manager overseeing finances and managing income and expenses.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations.
Skills needed:
- Prior property management experience is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Property Management Software familiarity with systems like Yardi, or similar is a plus.
- A positive attitude is key.
