- Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients.
- Document Management:
- Collect and verify client documents, ensuring all necessary information is received before tax preparation begins.
- File and maintain client records, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.
- Assist clients with completing intake forms and ensuring accuracy.
- Payment Processing:
- Accept and process payments for services rendered.
- Provide receipts and keep accurate records of transactions.
- Office Support:
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
- Support tax professionals with administrative tasks, such as data entry or document preparation.
