Job Posting: Professional Cleaning Independent Contractor

Location: Bay City, MI

Job Description: We are seeking a professional cleaning contractor to take on a common area cleaning contract in the Bay City, MI area. This job involves weekly cleaning of common area hallways, leasing office, stairwells, and laundry rooms at an apartment building. The scope of work includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning interior/exterior door windows, and wiping down all surfaces. Also wiping down railings, and washer/dryers.

Contract Details:

• Primary Contract: Weekly common area hallway surface cleaning
• Time Requirement: 20 hours per week for one person, split up into 3 days, Monday 8:00am-3:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-3:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-2:00pm.
• Payment: $500 per week
• Hourly Rate: $25 per hour.
• Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit.
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Only applicants with PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled cleanings of apartments as per contract specifications.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Communicate effectively with property management to address any specific cleaning needs or issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaning contractor, particularly in commercial or residential settings.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Reliable transportation and necessary cleaning equipment/supplies.
