Overview

Leading medical device company looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Work within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
• Apply technical procedures that are well defined, requiring a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
• Experience with customer relations, claims resolution, and complaint management.
• Basic knowledge of consumer laws.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
