Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Plant Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement production strategies, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and manage plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage capital expenditure projects and maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, including significant leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive capital project management experience
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations
