Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced ERP/MRP system modules (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM) or system implementation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience in international sourcing and managing global supply chains, including customs and logistics.
