Responsibilities
The Production Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring all production floor activities run smoothly and efficiently:
- Manage daily production operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Monitor staffing levels and material availability to meet production schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational or quality issues
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
- Maximize equipment and process capacities to achieve optimal performance
- Support and participate in internal and external audits related to Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven track record in a leadership role
