Additional $500 certification bonus (CMA/RMA)

Experience pay differentials up to $1.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Prepare patients for visits by taking vital signs, reviewing medication histories, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support providers directly during exams and procedures.
• Administer non-dose dependent medications and injections following current standards.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
• Help with scheduling, patient education, and documentation to keep clinic flow smooth and efficient.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Be a key member of a collaborative, supportive healthcare team.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program; Certification strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an ambulatory or clinical office setting.
• Valid CPR certification (American Red Cross BLS or American Heart Association BLS).
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a commitment to putting patients first.
