Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks specific to manufacturing processes and product development.
• Ensure all projects comply with manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Facilitate clear communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within project scope to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated project management expertise.
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Familiarity with CAD/PLM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Windchill)
