Join our team as a Temporary Event Traffic Attendant! We’re looking for reliable, customer?focused individuals to support traffic flow and parking operations during various events. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

Company Profile

This is a part?time, long term temporary position with shifts typically running from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Schedules are assigned two weeks in advance through the When I Work app and are based on your availability and event needs.

Event Traffic Attendant Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Check and verify pre?paid parking reservations accurately.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all event attendees.
• Direct vehicles to the correct lanes, parking areas, and exits.
• Assist with traffic flow management to reduce congestion.
• Perform cash collection for parking fees when required, ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding traffic, capacity, and guest needs.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence as the first point of contact for guests.

Event Traffic Attendant Qualifications:

• Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Must be able to stand 3–5 hours at a time.
• Work occurs in a high?traffic, fast?paced environment, especially during peak event hours.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to positive guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
