Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on product application and integration within manufacturing processes.
• Analyze customer manufacturing requirements and propose optimal product solutions, configurations, and process improvements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept tests to validate performance in real-world manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance, installation, and integration.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and external customers on product features and best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide customer feedback and market insights for future product enhancements.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and case studies to support sales efforts and customer understanding.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing).
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical support or applications role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation technologies.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a production setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAM, PLC programming, simulation).

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, PLC ladder logic) for automation or custom solutions.
• Experience with specific advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, AI vision systems, or additive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) and network architecture.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced CAD/CAM/CAE skills, including simulation or design optimization.
