General Summary:

To maintain daily accounting activities ensuring timely preparation of monthly financial statements. Also maintains Human Resource files and assists employees with payroll and benefit questions.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Maintain daily accounting activities ensuring timely preparation of monthly financial statements.

· Maintain human resource files and assist employees with payroll and benefit questions.

Essential Duties:

· Manage accounts receivable/accounts payable.

· Maintain general ledger

· Prepare monthly financial statements.

· Ensure all taxes due are paid on time

· Process weekly payroll.

· Maintain personnel files. Process new hires, terminations, wage changes, etc.

· Administer employee benefit programs.

· Maintain weekly/monthly Critical Indicator Reporting

Key Skills:

• Experience with GL systems, statement preparation and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers and personnel.
• Cost accounting experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
