About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Lead to support daily operations at our cannabis processing facility (All Star Processing). You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor or Manager to guide the production team, maintain a smooth workflow, and ensure our products meet quality and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with production experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities including prep, packaging, labeling, and quality control
• Lead by example and help train team members on procedures and expectations
• Monitor productivity, report issues or delays to leadership, and help resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and tracking in line with compliance standards
• Promote and enforce cleanliness, organization, and safety in the production area
• Support inventory tracking and movement of materials
• Step into hands-on tasks as needed to maintain production flow

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting (cannabis industry experience is a plus)
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable using basic software and tools for tracking and communication
• Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background and regulatory checks

• Warehouse/production floor setting with varying temperatures

Schedule

• 8- to 10-hour shifts
• Monday-Saturday availability required
