What your day could look like

You arrive ready to support sub-assembly and integration. The Electrical Supervisor aligns the plan: begin disassembling and prepping equipment for shipment, then pivot to install-readiness tasks. You review electrical schematics, verify wiring against drawings, and grab your meter to debug a stubborn hardwired circuit on a tooling fixture. Before lunch, you layout panels, weld controllers, and HMI PanelViews around a system perimeter. In the afternoon, you capture open items, update the electrical bill of materials (E‑BOM) summary for the week, and order non‑BOM material so the build stays on schedule. Safety checks are routine, documentation is crisp, and your work area stays clean. When an install call comes, you’re travel‑ready to support on‑site integration at the customer facility.

Where you’ll contribute

• Work independently with minimal direction on mid‑complexity projects; produce consistent, quality results.
• Assist the Electrical Supervisor with equipment disassembly, packaging, and shipping logistics.
• Support the Electrical Supervisor with install requirements and follow‑through on concerns and issues.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams; use meters to debug tooling and validate circuits.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardwired circuits efficiently.
• Update the weekly E‑BOM summary and submit it to the Electrical Supervisor.
• Order required non‑BOM materials to maintain build momentum.
• Use and understand project timelines; meet scheduled deadlines and track open issues through closure.
• Lay out associated electrical equipment around system perimeters (panels, weld controllers, PanelViews, etc.).
• Travel to customer sites to support installation and integration as needed.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations; identify and elevate risks promptly.
• Adhere to the Quality System and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean workspace; bring and use your own tools and PPE.
• Participate in team meetings; perform material follow‑up when necessary.
• Demonstrate reliable, regular attendance; take ownership from start to finish.
• Familiarize yourself with customer specifications and ensure full compliance.

What you bring

• Fluency in electrical schematics and blueprint reading.
• Hands‑on experience with 120/208/240/480 V systems and high‑voltage safety.
• Electrical installation, PLC wiring practices, and industrial electrical know‑how.
• Conduit bending and pulling; expert with cable tray routing.
• Field service readiness and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with curtain wall systems.
• High School diploma or GED.
