Home Office Underwriting Support
- Answer telephone and handle calls regarding status of pending applications and requirements. Using proper phone etiquette with accurate and timely responses.
- Operate Personal computer and general office equipment.
- Sort incoming and outgoing correspondence and determine proper action.
- Communicate with underwriters, agents, and others as needed to research problems and find solutions.
- Maintain files with prompt handling to help underwriters expedite decisions.
- Regular and predictable attendance in meeting a defined work schedule. Desired Skills & Experience
- High school education or its equivalent is preferred
- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organize and interpret data
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Please note that the ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is a requirement.
