Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to support processes.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the deployment and management of new technologies and software updates.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or IT support role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
