Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure site compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, audits, and facility inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, including new hires and specialized topics.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, air emissions, and water discharge permits.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance through data analysis, goal setting, and strategic initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience managing EHS in a unionized manufacturing facility
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Sphera, Cority, Enablon)
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
