Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Document all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods to relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding material availability and shipment schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Previous experience (1-3 years) in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience with various material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments, receipts, and inventory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving materials throughout the shift.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of hazardous material (HazMat) handling and shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
