Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment modifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations, defects, and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor key process performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports to drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms
• Project management experience or PMP certification
