Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, training, and communication.
• Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Track, measure, and report on the financial and operational impact of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and improve process performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Black Belt certification).
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills to engage and empower teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certification in Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Shainin methodology
• Demonstrated experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into CI initiatives
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking and reporting
