Front Desk Coordinator
Front Desk Coordinator – Join Our Friendly Dental Family!
Are you the kind of person who can make someone smile before they even sit in the dental chair? We are a growing, patient-focused practice looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our office in a full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Hello: Greet patients with a genuine smile and a helping hand.
- Master the Calendar: Manage appointments to keep our day running smoothly.
- The Glue of the Office: Handle discussing treatment plans with patients, check-ins/outs, insurance verification, and patient records with detail and care.
- Bridge the Gap: Communicate clearly between our clinical team and our patients.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a Dental Office.

- Pro Organizer: You can juggle phone calls and paperwork without breaking a sweat.
- Software Savvy: Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a huge plus!
