Inside Sales Representative

Location: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WY
Compensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k + per year at minimum target)

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is motivated by high‑energy sales environments , qualifying inbound leads , and maximizing commission opportunities . This full‑time position offers strong earning potential for individuals who thrive on meeting—and exceeding—sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer sign‑ups
• Maximize commission earnings through upsells, cross‑sells, VoIP sales, and managed router services
• Complete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipeline
• Engage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads Page
• Participate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performance

• Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales‑driven mindset
• Tech‑savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related products
• Willingness to learn and explain broadband products and technology
• Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by a results‑oriented environment
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Visionary Broadband with confidence
