Hartland Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming experience for our patients and their families while supporting the daily operations of the practice.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
• Answer incoming calls and address patient inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and process patient check-in and check-out
• Collect and post payments accurately
• Maintain patient records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Support the dental team in creating a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications:
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with dental practice management software preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
