Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting.
• Proficient in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Robotics maintenance and programming exposure.
