We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Business Administrator to be the welcoming face of our practice and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance, file and track claims, and process payments
• Communicate with patients and specialists by phone and email
• Maintain accurate digital records and assist with general office duties

What We’re Looking For

• A cheerful, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software a plus)
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Previous dental office experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends
• 3.5 days per week (half-week schedule)
