Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Ensure product quality meets specifications through robust inspection, testing, and process control methods.
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints, driving root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, including supplier audits, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
• Oversee the quality control team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and inform strategic decisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), including implementation and auditing.
• Proven proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and drive a quality-focused culture.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with quality management system (QMS) software implementation.
• Direct experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices).
