Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues impacting production yield or quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
• Proficiency with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with specific ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems common in manufacturing.
