Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure efficient production flow.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material procurement to meet production demands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, planning) to optimize production processes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in fast-paced operational settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Proficiency in inventory management, quality control procedures, and safety regulations within a manufacturing context.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
